Our range of wines has grown to acknowledge old world and new world wine varieties, a collection of full flavoured characterful wines at modest prices (by London bar and restaurant standards) and a dozen or so 'collectable' wines. We sell twenty wines by the glass including pudding wines, sherry and port. For us the key is to be alert to new trends, grape varieties and flavours and to match food and drink combinations successfully on our menus.

Most of our wines are sourced from Adnams of Southwold in Suffolk , acknowledged as one of the most enlightened and enlightening wine merchants in the world. Our list is intended to show a wide range of grape varieties and 'terroirs' from around the world and we believe that we have wines of power, grace and balance. For traditionalists, we also have a selection of clarets bought at auction and sold at prices to please the most ardent fan of red Bordeaux.
